Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to every payment made to SoulSync LLC, including in-person classes and the online courses of the Rasta Yogui brand. Our online courses are currently in development; the rules below will apply as soon as they become available. Refunds are issued by SoulSync LLC to the original payment method.

1. In-person classes

• You can cancel a class up to 24 hours before it starts and receive a full refund or a credit for another class.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class, or missed classes, are not refundable.
• If we cancel or reschedule a class, you can choose a full refund or a credit for another date.
• Monthly passes can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you can keep attending until the end of the month already paid. We do not issue partial refunds for the current month.

2. Online courses

• If a course is not what you expected, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable, because the digital content has already been made available to you.
• Subscriptions, where offered, can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time.
• If a course cannot be delivered because of a problem on our side, you will receive a full refund.

3. How to request a refund or cancellation

Write to [email protected] or call +1 510 303 0684 with the name and email used for the payment and the class or course involved. We confirm your request within 2 business days.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Payment disputes

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first. We will do our best to resolve it quickly before you open a dispute with your bank.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page when you make a payment is the one that applies.
